＊We will dispatch medical examination interpreters and intermediate level medical interpreters (with at least 5 or more times of work experience).
＊Transportation expenses of up to 1,500 yen per trip are included.

Visiting the hospital (24 hours) - 88,000 yen
＊Experienced interpreters (with at least 5 or more times of work experience) will be available.

Terms of Service for Interpretation Services
1. Working hours
【Half-day】Maximum 4 hours (morning or afternoon) without breaks.
【Full-day]】4-8 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break.
・Breaks are also calculated as working hours.
2. Actual working hours
Actual working hours are calculated from meeting time to disbanding time.
・For full-day work, there is a 1-hour break (lunch) during the day, and the break time is also considered as actual working hours.
3. Overtime work
Working early in the morning (before 8am) or late at night (after 8pm) is considered overtime work and will incur an additional premium.
4. Extension fee
If the working hours exceed the originally scheduled hours, the following extension fee will be charged.
【Medical examination interpretation】4,400 yen/hour (calculated every 30 minutes)
【Treatment/anti-aging interpretation】6,600 yen/hour (calculated every 30 minutes)
[Additional information]
・Premium rate: The premium rate for overtime work will be determined separately.
・Break time: In principle, the break time will be one hour. However, if break time cannot be taken due to the nature of the work, it will be decided after separate discussion.
